2012 – The Year of Divine Utterance

Being alive to give thanks, to take stock of outgoing year & align ones heart to receive wisdom and direction for an incoming year is never to be taken for granted. Thank God for His grace, mercy and favour that saved and kept you. Who are we to discern His prophetic direction in the new when we are not exuberant in praise for what we received in the old.

Prophetic encounters take us into new chapters of the seasons of our life. In the storm that has shaken the Nations, Cities and peoples for a couple of years now, many presumed strong have become weak, lost their relevance, and people’s confidence in Mammon (money) has failed. But under the same condition and harsh exposure, the Lord’s mercy has arisen on people whose trust was in the Lord. Like Noah’s survivors, you look around, right and left, the face of the deep seems bare, but somehow God kept you.

Just like God in Genesis, His spirit is hovering over the deep, and now He calls us to be lifted into a place of relevant visibility, prophetic audibility and fearless creativity.

Isa. 40:9 says O Zion, You who bring good tidings, Get up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, You who bring good tidings, Lift up your voice with strength, Lift it up, be not afraid; Say to the cities of Judah, “Behold your God!

What I see? I see a rescued people who will live and conquer not by their feeling but by their declared & applied faith in the God of all seasons. I see a rising of Entrepreneurs who will rebuild the ruins from the storm. They will rise up in Practical Service Industries, Creative Industry, in Social & Health Services, Organisational restoration and governmental relevance. I see a fearless and relevant Church rising in the UK standing in the gap for the city and lifting the banner of Christ in a godless and pervert generation. I see strength been given to that Church’s spine, and Divine covering around her people, not trusting in the arm of flesh.

Ladies and gentlemen, I see a Victorious people who will win by using their GRACED UTTERANCES. A people who will use God’s word to create and chart a visible path from an indwelling God. I see the people being Salt first in the city before they are light to the City. I see a Redeemed company of people expressly saying so.
