The Career Development Ministry sits within the Church Life arm of Harmony Christian Centre.  Consisting of professionals from various career backgrounds, with many years of experience, the team who serve in the ministry exist to support members of HCC with prayerfully considering and addressing employment related matters including;

• Preparing CVs and attracting the right employers’ attention
• Preparing personal statements for applications and coaching for interviews
• Developing skills for seeking and retaining meaningful employment and pursuing successful careers
• Dealing with work related challenges such as progressing up the career ladder, thriving at work in spite of workplace conflict and other challenges Changing careers
• Managing the transition phase from being a student to becoming a successful employee or employer
• Changing careers from being an employee to becoming self employed
• Identifying transferable skills acquired from everyday life tasks and using them in any employment setting
• Organising workshops to meet various employment and work-related needs and much more!
